I’d recommend Ruby Mountain HVAC. It seems I caught them at a busy time of year but they came after hours to install my hot water heater gas control valve that we ordered. They went through the manufacturer warranty, which slowed the response time but helped lower my bill to just labor and shipping. They didn’t keep me in the loop at first but after reaching out, they let me know what was going on in much more detail. Just reach out to them if you have questions and they’ll work with you!
Ruby Mountain HVAC was great to deal with. Their response in getting my pellet stove up and running again awesome, no waiting 2-3 weeks like others. Ryan was very personable and knowledgeable about his job. I will recommend Ruby Mountain to everyone.

Had an appointment for duct cleaning on Oct- 16th and was notified the technician was sick and schedules were being pushed out, no problem. Rescheduled for Oct- 22nd in the afternoon. Called around 11 to see what time frame the technician was thinking so that we could get the house arranged for them. The gal's vocabulary was mostly um's and seemed confused.
