I highly recommend it this company!!! Most companies are money hungry and don't care about the people except how much they can squeeze from you!! Very professional and efficient. I had questions and they were able to answer everything. I will continue to support and promote this company!!!! They had the opportunity to squeeze as much as they could from me but decided not to. Ruby Mountain HVAC did a spring tune-up on my furnace and air conditioner, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived on time, took the time to really check everything out, and explained what they were doing along the way. Rafe and Robert were professional, thorough, and friendly—highly recommend.
I had an emergency leak with my water. Rafe came promptly and not only fixed my problem, he hooked up my new reverse osmosis system and he found a problem with a loose fitting on my refrigerator ice maker and fixed that. If he had not discovered the problem with the ice maker connection, I would have had a lot of water damage. Rafe is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this business.
Ryan is a great technician I will have him and Ruby Mountain HVAC out to my house to repair my furnace and ac again
