My husband and I recently got an A/C put into our house. We went through Ruby Mountain HVAC and they have been amazing through the entire process. Rafe and Tim were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did their best to be as accommodating with keeping the cool air in while they were working on everything. Great customer service!! Tech Roger was awesome and took care of all our needs. They squeezed us in and the office staff called us back with updates. 5 star for sure!
These guys did an outstanding job for us. Working in a bank owned property and the ducts were a mess with odor. They got the entire system smelling great, sanitized and clean. Efficient and scheduling was easy. Will hire them again!
