Great customer service!! Tech Roger was awesome and took care of all our needs. They squeezed us in and the office staff called us back with updates. 5 star for sure!
These guys did an outstanding job for us. Working in a bank owned property and the ducts were a mess with odor. They got the entire system smelling great, sanitized and clean. Efficient and scheduling was easy. Will hire them again!
Recently moved into a new house and the ducts were so gross. Called Ruby mountain HVAC, they were quick to answer and set up an appointment (also after calling around they were the most affordable.) The tech they sent out was Robert. He was friendly and helpful, walked me through exactly what he was going to be doing and stay late to finish the job.
Very Happy with the service I received, RMHV wase dependable, professional and provided a detailed and reliable quote for the job. They were able to come out right away on an emergency call and also schedule me in right away for the additional service needed.
