Even when my other technician didn't complete their job, (which prohibited Cody from finishing in 1 day), he was so understanding and came back another day to finish his job. My ducts are clean, sanitized, and ready for winter! Thank you!

While working under the house this summer, we discovered a pool of water and traced it back to the AC condensate drain line. My husband and I recently got an A/C put into our house. We went through Ruby Mountain HVAC and they have been amazing through the entire process. Rafe and Tim were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did their best to be as accommodating with keeping the cool air in while they were working on everything.
