Ridiculous. Leave customers alone if they are obviously upset about something that has nothing to do with your service or bad food.
I came to eat here for my first time eating at ruby tuesdays and my dinner was good but my girlfriends food was under cooked sent back then came back over cooked and we did say something and no one did anything else about it. I dont think I will be eating here again.
Outstanding service, the ribs are what you go for here (shocking!) It's nice that they now offer a choice of side or salad bar on most entrees. Wife said shrimp pasta was outstanding (she really liked the biscuits and salad honestly)
