Baby back ribs were great, as was the service
So we went to lunch there today.. 45 minutes later, still no food. WE had to hunt down our waitress, she never came over to check on us while we were waiting, we had to get it all packed up to go. No offer to discount our food for the long wait. FYI people have an lunch for hour.. they didn't even put silverware in the boxes. hard to eat salad and pasta without them. SMH.

We were there for a basketball game and I had a coupon to use. I love their salad bar, it’s my all time favorite salad bar. My husband and I both had the salmon which was very good. Our server was great, very attentive and checked back frequently but not too much.
The food came out right away and it was good portions and good quality. My server was polite. I came here with my two daughters and we all enjoyed our experience.
We have been coming here for years and we came tonight about 930 on a Friday evening. It was snowing and their business was slow. Everything that came out of the kitchen was super saturated with salt that it wasn’t even edible. It was like the kitchen was punishing us for coming in when t was slow. Sad to say we won’t be returning anytime soon.
I have been there twice and the first time the waitress didn't bring us our appitizer and needs to find another profession. The last time was this past Wednesday and the steak was cooked perfect but the waiter needs a new profession and the manger does not have people skills and needs a different job too! Will not return!
On Monday evening, my friend and I stopped by for the salad bar and a classic hamburger. The hamburger was over cooked and dry. Our server was pleasant enough to have another hamburger prepared. The manager on duty was accommodating and offered a dessert for our inconvenience. Kudos to the server and manager...And yes, I will be back.
