Their known for their cakes and much more... I've heard that Ruby's is known for their wedding cakes, but there's so much more to Ruby's. Let's not forget that the baked goods are more than affordable. I go there for the huge cream puffs which are only $1 each. My boyfriend who introduced me to the place looooves their chicken pies also at $1 each. $1 each, where can you find something so cheap nowadays? No where, but Ruby's. PROS: Great location. Cakes to die for My daughter had her wedding cake done here. We all love the birthday cakes. Their cakes are lite and the whipped cream icing is to die for. I have never tasted a beter cake.
Lovely Asian pastries! I get Chinese white cakes topped with strawberries and kiwi for my friends' birthdays all the time, and the cakes always fantastic and perfectly fluffy and light. Everything here is very affordable, and the ladies who work here are always friendly and helpful and have great suggestions for other cakes. PROS: Great prices and service CONS:

Ruby Bakery is my preferred bakery. It's where I order a cake every 1st Sunday of the month to honor birthdays of people in my congregation. It's also where I get sugar-free cookies for my friends who are diabetic. We all love their strawberry cream cakes, sure. And I buy quite a few of their chocolate cakes with chocolate mousse filling, chocolate frosting, and chocolate sprinkles. Oh, yeah!! Why? Because their cakes are great! And owners Amy, Brian, Eliott and the whole family are wonderful people. Try them!
All I have to say is that the Cakes at Ruby's are EXCELLENT. I get these for our office birthday's and people love it. The Strawberry Cream is AWESOME! I recommend this place for cakes and other yummy items they have.
