Patrick Panetta is an extremely rude and disrespectful person. He is one of the people Rubin Properties uses to intimidate residents. He uses loud and abrasive language when confronted with real issues regarding buildings managed under his care. Meanwhile, the building goes to neglect because he does not want to spend time or energy addressing legitimate complaints. Rubin Properties as a whole is a very disappointing HOA to work with, and I DO NOT recommend their services to anyone.
