Very good visit. Both nurses and Dr easy to speak with and helpful with all my questions. I feel very good about my experience with Dr Rubin and my progress.
Always found the office staff very friendly and professional. Very efficient and on time all the time! Dr. Rubin answered and all of my questions before, during and after the surgery. He was concerned about the loss of feeling in a finger near the surgery and had me return several times until he was certain that all was better. I would certainly return again if I needed. Definitely would recommend Dr. Rubin and his staff to a friend, and am grateful for the friend that referred me.
I am very thankful for Dr. Rubin and his staff for their superb medical care and concern for the healing I needed for my injury. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin for anyone needing medical help with a hand injury. I have total recovery of my fingers and hand after an unexpected fall and am so grateful for Dr. Rubin's expertise!!!!
Examined my finger. Did x-ray and ultra sound. Explained the procedure to me and set up an appointment to do the surgery.
I broke my wrist, and Dr. Rubin saw me just 2 days later after me being referred to an ortho surgeon by Centra Care. A week later, I had surgery. They called me the day after surgery to check on me. Dr. Rubin and his office personnel were the best! They see you very quickly, honoring my time just as much as theirs, which is very unusual in this day and age. Service was fantastic. Dr. Ruben took care of me from start to finish. Even when I went to get a second opinion he treated me with respect and left me feeling very confident in the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Ruben and his staff.
