Excellent "Bedside Manner". Very personable, seems to actually care. Office staff is courteous. Generally on time.
Dr Alexander is brilliant but relatable. He is kind and gives patients time to speak.
Dr. Ruben is exceptional. He goes above and beyond. He was patient and listens and finds the best options.
I have had several pain doctors and Dr. Alexander is the best. Typically I wait less than 5 minutes and his staff is excellent also. I gave him a 5 star rating but it should be 10 stars.
Dr. Alexander is A Conscientious caring Dr.. He is available online if you need him. He is able to help in many ways to control the pain. I recommend him to anyone that needs this kind of help.
