So thankful I called RTS today to repair my mother's garage door. They were out there in about 15 minutes from the time I called. Her door had come off the track and she was having to open and close a heavy door manually. Having a secure, reliable door is essential for her safety and security. Robert went beyond just replacing her track, he also repaired the light in the garage that hadn't worked in quite some time due to a glitch. Great company with integrity and professionalism.
My urgent call was taken by a considerate and polite young woman who scheduled a timely, same day appointment. After a courtesy call, Robert and Cory arrived at the time given and quickly accessed the problem. Robert explained the problem in a manner easy to understand. I was then able to chose the resolution best suited, and the repair was completed the same day. Previously I have used this company and the work ethics prompted me to become a repeat customer. I highly recommend you give them a call!
