Have been trying to get in contact with Robert (the owner of this company) for over a month. I bought a product from him, and he promised it was in good shape, and had no issues. He lied, and now keeps stringing me on, and avoiding my calls, and texts. I’ve been patient for over a month, and have not gotten any help from him. His receptionist keeps telling me she will reach out to him, and still have yet to get a phone call.
Best garage door company out there! My garage door was loud and clunky, now itâs smooth and quiet. Really great customer service! Robert worked quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with everything. CALL RTS ALL AMERICAN GARAGE DOORS FIRST!

My experience with RTS was great. I called them and they fix my garage door within 24 hours. I have called and left messages with other garage door companys and they call me back maybe in 3-4 days. RTS is professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I will be glad to give there number to anyone who has any kind of garage door issues.......
