Layne was able to help me place a tenant in a very timely and professional manner. Normally specialized in the buy/sell market, I was able to tell he understood investment properties and rental management as well. He has a vast network of connections that makes getting things done more seamless. Larry is great and with the help of Layne they are a fantastic duo. They do short work of putting offers on houses and selling your house as well. They make it a very easy process and are willing to explain anything in detail with the whole process.
