RSS does not help when you have a claim. I have an identity theft claim that was actually done through an RSS employee and Wells Fargo employee. I talked to a lady named Lynn and she said that they were NOT aloud to investigate Wells Fargo. Now I have to get other insurance because they have raised my insurance so high. VERY DISAPPOINTED and extremely STRESSED! I have been with RSS for over 19 years! I have all the proof of how they did this scam. Cheryl Brocksmith
