The owner was kind and was creative in finding a solution to fixing a ring size issue. His rate was affordable compared to the market price to adjust and resize.
If there is an option to give this store 0 stars, I would. The owner of this store takes money from various people but does not refund or give back as said... scammer! avoid at all costs...they are well-known in their previous city for the scams and it is truly unacceptable.
I had asked for a refund and they agreed to give my payment in instalments. They accept the total amount right away but they do not return right away. Now, it has been months and they are not responding to my calls. Not recommended.... Save yourselves from trauma and drama. I would give this shop no stars if I had the option.
