Seemed super friendly at first and tried to use them when I came back 8months later. When requested they told my to go elsewhere as they’re too busy and couldn’t be bothered. Not really impressed and can’t I recommend them. I found a company in the city that was cheaper and gave better customer service. This includes a 4 hr drive for every trip. Rusty has installed 3 heating systems in homes we have constructed over the last 30 years (this doesn't mean he's old, just experienced). He and his team have always been timely, professional, knowledgeable and performed their job with good humour. Quotes are reasonable and solid; I know I am going to get the best product at the best price. His customer service after the job is done is exceptional, always available to answer questions or come by and check on the system, highly recommend.
