4/17/24: Updating from 1 to 4 star because Priya does an exceptional job. Maybe you all need a new operations strategy. last 2 times I come here I am sitting in the waiting room 30-40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, meanwhile the waiting room is completely empty and people are coming in after me and being seen.
