Austin was super chill and very informative. He got my roof paid and replaced in full by my insurance company when they 1st denied the claim. Austin came in everything he said became true.
UPDATE 09/06/2023 My roof has a leek due to incorrect installation of flashing is what this companies rep said. RRCA just want to do quick patch up job. Their idea of repair is in the pictures below. It has been almost 4 months now and all I got is excuses, refusal of my messages, no response, new reps, and run around.
