They negotiated a follow up payment with my insurance company, told me I would receive the supplemental check while billing me directly. However after I paid the bill I found out my insurance had already sent RRCA the check directly and that the check had been cashed. The indignant idiots at RRCA didn't care about this very fraudulent looking series of events, didn't investigate and stopped responding to me. They sent me to a collections agency almost 2 years later, which ruled in my favor after getting all of the same infor... read more
