I do not recommend this company! My roommate and I moved in 4 months ago. The first day of moving in we complained about black mold in our bathroom ceiling, black mold in ALL of our windows & bedrooms! Our electric outlets had no covers on them... not to mention wired completely wrong. Water In the bedroom walls & ceilings! Everytime it would rain, our apartment would flood. I currently live at one of the properties managed by Rps in Bakersfield , I made a maintenance request only one week , exactly 7 Days later , for multiple things ... including black mold in the kitchen and bathroom . The plumbing is always backed up , there’s no cold water in the bathroom , and my side door has a non functioning dead bolt lock , and is the wrong size door for the space it’s in. I have been calling daily , every hour on the 30 , and no answer. I went into the office yesterday as it is my only day off to do so... read more
The people in the office were really nice and amazing but as far as getting my deposit back they skewed me over I spent 3 days cleaning it all out even the roach poop everywhere since the place was infested and they made all these unnecessary charges so that I do t revive a deposit back
