Moved out of 2311 Vollman lane Jan 5,2020, paid the rent, got the final deposit check back… account closed. Oct 2021 Experian pings me for collections, I get a letter from collection in Nov 2021, after multiple calls to RPM to resolve the issue they have not called me back on about 5-6 occasions. No notification from ROM at ANY point in time. Their policy is not to release the deposits check until all rent due is paid. The damage is done to my credit. Had to buy a new vehicle and I was not able to secure a low APR financing.... read more
