I've lived at an RPM managed property for the past 2 years as a college student. They are very responsive to all concerns I've brought up. A new themostate, oven, and countertops have been installed within less than a week of sent maintenance requests, and no additional or hidden fees were charged. They're very polite and respond quickly, when Id lost my car keys, they sent out an apartment wide email within minutes to help me find them. As a tenant, RPM is very quick and helpful with responses to issues. New England apartments has been overall a great place to live as a WWU student. The apartment is spacious, there is free parking, and the walk to campus is a short one with a bus stop nearby. Only downside was that the apartment had not been fully cleaned before moving in but after that we have had no issues.
The property manager for New England Apartments is really nice and responds pretty quick. I had to lease out my room for a quarter, but they were really helpful in explaining the subletting process. There have been a couple of minor wording errors in contracts, but they're quick to fix it once pointed out. My unit flooded while I was gone, but they did come in and fix the issue along with a blockage in the bathroom pipe. RPM manages New England Apartments, which is a great complex with many perks and amenities. I love that my unit has a fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and an incredible view. I haven't had any issues with appliances for the 1.5 years I've lived here. Management has been helpful and easy to work with. nice and safe walk to campus. takes me 13-20 minutes to walk to class depending on which side of campus I'm walking to. Nice proximity to nature and trails.
RPM is very responsive, both to maintenance requests and to any questions you need answered about your apartment. Has great locations that have access to bus stops, as well as locally walkable places that make for a solid overall community. Would recommend
