I’ve lived here for three years and I just resigned another lease. I have never had any poor experiences with RPM and the maintenance guy (Gus) has been so friendly and quick to fix things. The location is a short walk from campus and bus stops as well as the beautiful Connelly creek trail system. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
’ve lived at New England Apartments, managed by RPM, for the past four years and just re-signed for a fifth. I’ve never had any issues, and whenever something has come up, it’s been addressed promptly. I also really appreciate their lower rent prices compared to other apartments around Western’s campus—it’s made living in Bellingham feel easy and affordable. I couldn’t recommend them more!
RPM has been great with communication, and when I have needed maintanence support they have been super helpful and quick too! I have no complaints with them at all.
I am a current tenant of the Bakerview business suites & I have had an exceptional experience with RPM. They are quick to respond & take such good care of the building. I have never had any issues with them and will continue to recommend RPM to others!
I’ve been renting from RPM since the fall and I’ve had little to no issues since moving in. The previous tenants had a pet which left us with fleas when we moved in, but they were quick to help us and get pest control to our unit almost immediately after I contacted them, and contacted me after to make sure they were actually gone. I’ve also used maintenance services here as well, the maintenance guy, Gus is super nice and fast, he helped fix our leaky kitchen sink.
