Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. We had a table of four and Kyle recommended that we maximize by splitting and sharing a variety of dishes. Awesome recommendation!! We even split dessert!
If you love true Italian cooking this place will please but not wow you. The Carbonara is tasty but lacks that creaminess we all die for. No meat in the Arancini but very tasty and crispy etc. The staff was terrific which always makes for a good night out. I'd go back for a night out but not when I am craving authentic Italian food.

We celebrated my daughters golden Birthday here and as always the food was amazing and our server David was outstanding! Always feel at home here!
Our waiter was Andre and he was Amazing, he definitely helped to make the experience greater for us, he was very personable. Tables were to close and I didn't like that part. When we first got there they told my husband they didn't have our reservation even though he had email proof from an employee there. They did find us a table to sit at after we showed them the email confirmation. The donuts were amazing for dessert.
This has become my "last night in Chicago dinner" tradition for the past 4 years. I love the atmosphere and the staff is incredible. The meatballs, zucchini and brussel sprout salad are always on our list to start our dinner. I had the lobster ravioli for the first time - amazing!! Anytime I'm in the city, RPM is a must do!

Both the food and atmosphere were amazing.I would definitely dine there again when in the windy city.
Loved this restaurant!! The Eggplant Parmigiana was amazing. Our waiter Bobby gave us excellent service & I can't wait to come back!
