Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. I ordered Spaghetti and meatball, it tasted like chef boy R dee, W a lil kick at the end. (Big) Meat ball was very good tho. Service was eggghh. Same 2.5/3 stars. Took 25 min to get drinks then had to remind him that we also ordered bread w ricotta cheese. May have took forever to get there but was pretty good. The server did get better tho. Everything we ordered was delish and the service was great!
Beet salad, short rib pasta and hazelnut tartuffo were out of this world. The truffle garlic bread was good but would try something else in the future.
Excellent food with excellent service which made our trip from South Wales, UK, one to remember.

After being seated, it took awhile for our waiter to take our order. But really nice place.
The food was absolutely amazing, everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. We had Katie G. and she was wonderful.
The staff and food were top notch! The lobster caprese was excellent! Would highly recommend to others.
