Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. Due to traffic we were late for our reservations, they graciously seated us immediately. Our server was wonderful, accommodated our theatre schedule, the service was so quick! The homemade pasta dishes were unique and delicious, perfect serving size. Beautiful decor and ambience, we will return!
Amazing service. Clean, contemporary atmosphere. Exceptional quality of food & drinks - nearly everything is homemade! Unique, fresh twist on traditional Italian dishes. One of our favorite dining experiences in Chicago!
