Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. In town for my husband's birthday and wanted to do something special. RPM Italian exceeded my expectations in every way! Service attentive without being in your face (thanks Fallyan), the Sommelier for recommending the perfect wine and the food... THE CARBONARA TO DIE FOR!

Sharp staff, lovely environment, exceptional service —- we had our waiter Stephan order for us as first timers and my goodness he was on point! The Spicey crab squid ink pasta.... omg will dance in my dreams!

My new favorite Italian restaurant in Chicago! All of our dishes were fantastic and I like the smaller portions that allow you to try more items.
