Really awful experience. Our table was nearly 25 minutes late even after pre booking it. The worse thing was when we asked the waitress she was so rude to us and then pointed towards the front desk. She told us that she couldn't help us! Then the lady at the front desk was rude too! We left saying we were appalled with the service and we rather take our business elsewhere. We are well travelled and regularly eat out but this was a very poor experience!

Wanted to go so bad because I love Bill and Giuliana. Didn’t have such a great experience. My daughter got the wrong dinner and my $45 filet mignon was raw. When they straightened it out the food was very good, but then we got double charged by mistake. ���
Great atmosphere, great service and great food. We made a reservation and were seated within 5 mins of our time. Kyle was our server and he was great! Gave us great food and drink recommendations, also told us of the specials which we ended up ordering at his reccomendation. Service was impeccable and seamless as always. Kyle went above and beyond what was needed of him, appreciated his kindness. Can’t wait to come back again!

Best Italian food I've had since Italy. Enjoyed flavors from northern Italy and the Amalfi region. Worth a trip back to Chicago just to eat here again.
Great service and even better food! Was in Chicago for spring break and friends recommended I try it. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Chicago!!
Amazing food, great atmosphere and extraordinary service!
The service here was amazing. Our waiter bobby took his time explaining the menu and drinks to us. The food was so yummy! Bobby was so sweet and had some cotton candy sent over to me from the other RPM because I've heard so much about it! We will definitely be back!
