One of the most unprofessional owners I have ever dealt with. While trying to get documentation of my lease agreement, the owner told me to stop complaining and proceeded to hang up on me. After, my girlfriend called also trying to get a copy of our lease and was told to get to the point or she would be hung up on, after she said sorry and started her question she was promptly hung up on. So here we are with no more information and an owner that mocks us and hangs up when asked for any information. Professional? I think not.
Worst property management company in Madison. I had a bad leek from my bedroom ceiling I asked them to repair on multiple occasions with no response. During a storm my bedroom flooded. I literally had to move all my furniture out of the room at 3 in the morning. Water was pouring over my electrical outlets and seeping out into the living room floor. Unfortunately this is the bad side of renting. This company will do all they can to sucker you out of your money, by way of some obscure or nonexistent law or bylaw. Don't even bother Calling the office because nobody is ever there and they do not return calls. I had to resort to contacting the 1 maintenance guy directly ( who by the way is a great guy and will make the effort). Don't follow through on work requests, notify residents when they are bringing people in to view apartment, and can be rude when contacted with questions. They seem really nice when they want you to rent their properties. Don't do it.
Run away from these guys and find someone else to rent from. They seem great at first - the owner is charming, and even lies about rental laws to make his leases sound so great, but it's not their true colors. The landlord is a jerk and the woman who works in the office is an idiot. They are horrible at communicating, lie and scam you to take your security deposit, charge you late fees for rent you already paid, and break landlord entry laws.
