I recently closed on a townhome at The Bexley in Chattanooga, and was blown away by how smooth and easy the closing process was. The entire RP team, Brittney and Jill in particular, displayed professionalism and consistent communication throughout the process. On top of the customer service, the product turned out beautifully and is the most desirable new community in downtown Chattanooga, in my opinion. I would recommend any new home buyer to check out RP's current inventory as they conduct their search.

We had a phenomenal experience with RP homes, specifically Ashley and Katie. They were very informative, kept us in the loop, and the house turned out great! Any issues were addressed and taken care of. First build went without a hitch!

We signed a contract with RP Homes in April 2024, expecting our home to be delivered by December 2024 or January 2025. With a newborn baby and plans to relocate from South Florida to the Chattanooga area, my family and I invested significant time and money into this process, even flying up for a design session.
