The employees and owner no longer care about the services they provide to their customers. I used to be a repeat customer, coming in regularly for threading, waxing, and haircuts. Rozina Salon on Venice is a complete disappointment every single time. They only care about you when you’re a new customer, but the moment you become a repeat client, they completely stop giving a damn. Rozina, the owner, did a terrible blow-dry for me, and even though I made an appointment with her specifically, she pawned me off to someone else after barely spending five minutes on my hair.
