Rosa homes was such a great company to rent from in college! They were always very fair and honest. Repairs were very quick and they were always helpful if we needed anything! If you’re a college student definitely consider Roza Homes!!
Lived here a few years ago, wasn’t a fan of the way they did business. But that’s irrelevant bc it was years ago. I come back here every once in awhile to laugh at how rudely the owner responds to the negative reviews.
I lived here for two years in college. The house was nice, with a big backyard. It was nice to have trash and lawn care included in our rent. We had very few complaints throughout our two years there. However, when he did have issues it was difficult to get anyone to help when we had an issue. They had a lot of student workers that would give out wrong information. When we moved out, there were a bunch of additional charges for no reason.
