First, the employees are great, helpful and friendly. However the fees to retrieve a car impounded are steep, and they have posted fees so you think you'd be able to use those to calculate the total cost to retrieve a car, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be true. My vehicle was towed & when I went to collect it, the charge was significantly higher than the posted fees. I ended up losing the car completely, and unable to get to work.
