The driver that came to help get our f250 tremor unlocked was patient and friendly. Went above and beyond what a lot of folks do now a days. We have used them many times and are always glad when AAA tells us Roy's is on their way.
Warner was an outstanding technician. Was such a great professional experience.
I was told 210 for a 10 mile tow asked why so much Kevin (towtruck drier)says oh wait the state trooper charges 290 I ask the trooper why she told me Kevin has all power to charge what he wants so who's lying very miss poor way to represent Roy's towing I'll never call them
Absolutely useless!! They refused to tow a car through AAA because they couldn’t do it, despite it being towed by AAA literally three weeks ago. What’s wrong with these people? It’s just a small car that needs a flatbed! Idk if cowardice or stupidity but it’s definitely a failure.
Roy's came out for a AAA call and were amazingly fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and overall awesome with a very disabled vehicle in a tight space. Thanks you guys for being awesome!!
