Put my motorcycle into a dirt bank on Rte 23 and Edison arrived in advance of the estimated arrival and loaded my bike in a few minutes. I was extremely pleased with the prompt arrival, as I was in a remote canyon road out by Mulholland Hwy, and Edison's expertise and professionalism helped me make the most of an unpleasant auto incident. Thanks again for all your assistance, Edison and Roy's Towing!

Yesterday evening at 6 pm my battery died at my workplace I requested battery replacement/ service through Triple A they dispatched Roy’s Towing wait time 71 minutes. In the time I was waiting I was able to get my car jumped, I did not cancel call as driver was 10 minutes away, he arrived in 45 minutes and I wanted my battery tested and replaced if needed. The driver that came to help get our f250 tremor unlocked was patient and friendly. Went above and beyond what a lot of folks do now a days. We have used them many times and are always glad when AAA tells us Roy's is on their way.

I was told 210 for a 10 mile tow asked why so much Kevin (towtruck drier)says oh wait the state trooper charges 290 I ask the trooper why she told me Kevin has all power to charge what he wants so who's lying very miss poor way to represent Roy's towing I'll never call them
