The staff and service is great !!! We have bought all of our campers there . The 1st one was at their old lot in Harman WV. Now they have a big very nice show room. Nice folks to deal with
First impressions are lasting and my first experience with repair work at Roys was second to none. I much appreciated Bobby and his team making repairs on my Jayco pop up. They evaluated several of my concerns and repaired only what was needed in a timely fashion. Needless to say I will be back again.
I was super impressed with the SuperCenter. I loved the Showroom and even though the young man that helped us "Bobby" said that there were actually limited choices right now because of it being the end of the year sale, the inventory was still awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed being there today and Bobby was the best and very informative and patient!
Roy's was great to deal with when we were purchasing our Laredo trailer from them last year. But now that we are having problems (the front of our trailer is fading and it has only been used a little over one year), Roy's will not deal with us. We have written multiple emails to sales to only have them tell us to write to the service department. We bought a new camper here 2 years ago. Since then, we've realized there's a few things that we would do different. So, we've been trying to trade but Roy's doesn't want to give us anything for our camper! So much for return customers. I am very disappointed!
Excellent customer service and eager salesman! Did everything possible to make sure the experience was satisfactory. Would recommend to anyone! Also have a great parts store! Website is looking better than ever! Much easier to navigate around.
