No will never go back.. went with my mom they told her she needed over $5000 down and was not friendly.. so we went to Stanton Va got a bigger one cheaper and only a $1000 down friendly service.. so when I buy mine that’s were I’m going
The service department is outstanding! Very professional and helpful. Grand Design recommended Roy’s RV to us... we drove 3 hours there to get some warranty work done and it was well worth the drive. We will make our next RV purchase with Roy’s... who obviously takes great pride in what they do! My only regret is that I didn’t know about them before purchasing my RV!

Went to Roy's yesterday had a loose hose on gas tank they fixed it for us no charge. Very pleasant employees both at the store counter and parts department.
