When they do a replacement on a sofa order parts they can at least call you before they send it back and will not reorder it

I have Heard so many stories about good and bad RV service centers. I need to have some work done on my RV and was considering driving to Virginia or Ohio to have the work done. I decided after speaking with the service staff at Roys to have the work performed there. I was happy with the service that was performed, the service staff were very pleasant and informative. No, the repair work did not go off without a hitch however what does, but Roys did get the service work completed and everything is working fine now.
