Buyer Beware! This company uses jackleg plumbers who are only professional in riping the customer off. They sent an elderly friendly man out who took nearly 2 full days to repair / replace leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. The guy wasted time talking on his phone,going out to his unmarked van every 15 minutes, going to Home Depot at least twice. Have used them for over 25 years my home and rental.. Nothing but good experiences, fair and honest company. I like it even better since its under new management, and the daughter has been managing the company.

One of the worst plumbing businesses ever. I will never spend another penny with this company. Poor service with a receptionist that dont know what the hell she doing. They charge you a arm and a leg for shit results. I wish I could give negative stars.

Okay then! Why did you guys say at first we don't fix repairs like that instead of coming out, turning on the water, illegally, and say you guys don't fix that? Roman electric came out shaved some of the lead down, then reseated the bolt and it works fine. And that's what the City of Milwaukee said too. I still don't recommend you guys because you guys should just said No, we don't do that instead of taking people money like that.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They came and made my tub worst than it was before I called the warranty company. When the warranty company called they declined to come and look at the mess they did.Im steaming because the warranty company gave me Wise plumbing with same number as Roy's plumbing 414 264-2812 Bad Business and I will make sure others know
