The owner of this shop is soooo rude and disrespectful. He provides NO customer service at all. He actually cut me off mid sentence and said “get to the point.” I would never go there again.
Went to Roy’s auto service because I seen that they had decent reviews took my car over there for four tires and an alignment. When I got my car back I realized all four of my tires were on completely backwards. Then I took it back. They put the tires on correctly. Then my wheel weight started falling off of my wheels. came back for the third time. After they replaced my brake pads, the brake pedal became extremely soft. This was NOT an issue before they worked on my vehicle. We are talking about the braking system — this is a serious safety matter. I returned immediately to have it checked, but they refused to take responsibility and would not even inspect the vehicle again. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
