I called and asked for someone to give me an estimate on roof repair job. 1st off the rep showed up 2 hours late for the time he set,and didn't have a ladder.He told me he would be back the next day at a set time and would have a ladder. This time he was not late..he never showed up. I waited 2 hours pass the time he said he would be here, and I called him...his excuse was, been busy on another job.
