They have declined in service. Walked in verbally asking for a mani-pedi (a simple feet and hand cleanup and polish on my own nails)...said again in the pedicure chair...and again in the nail chair...walked out with what they upsold me....their communication is intentionally deceptive...everyone acts less fluent when you ask for what you want...got a lot of mouth from Daniel ... wife Helen lied about what i came in and requested...amazing the only fluent person is her husband Daniel towards the end of my visit ....but no one... read more

Will not return. Who does a manicure with no cuticle oil? My nails are natural, took the grinder to them! I did not have on any polish nor do I use gel. Now I have grind marks in my nails! Worse manicure in my life.

Royalty Nails is the best in Sumter by far. I’ve been to tons of other salons in the past and nobody else compares.

I’ve been looking for a new Nail Salon in Sumter and reading the reviews on here I felt confident enough to try this location. Greeted very nicely walking in was seated immediately no wait. I had a gentleman named MR.K I almost want to GATEKEEP him 🤣 He did my pedi&full set and he did amazing he had my feet so smooth so clean. My full set he made sure it was done Correctly very clean very neat work I showed him pictures of how I’d like my full set and pedi and he gets everything Spot on!
