Dr. Florian and his staff are wonderful, and Dr. Florian does excellent work! I am glad I found him!
My visit was for a temporary crown on a lower back molar. I am a newer patient, the practice has the latest equipment and a great staff. Dr. Florian is great, he is fixing a problem between this molar and an adjacent implant crown that causes food to get caught.
I have been a patient here for almost 15 years. Dr. Florian is meticulous and skillful in every aspect of his care and has always done a great job. He is also quite personable. He and his staff are very empathetic and solicitous and go above and beyond to make a person feel as comfortable as possible. During my last visit, I became very cold (I'm a "freeze baby") and casually mentioned that I wished I had a blanket. The next thing I knew, I had a soft and cuddly blanket on my lap...a spa couldn't do better.
The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. My family has been coming to this practice for over five years and we have never had any Issues or complaints
