Albany Amtrak Taxi is possibly the most dishonest taxi company you can imagine. While the service is decent, the way they treat the customers is appalling. When you step out of the railway station, they lure you with a standard taxi service, whereas they impose limousine rates and carefully conceal their ridiculous pricing policy: 1) they do not have meters; 2) they charge airport rates even though you do not ask them to take you to the airport; 3) they charge shared rides rates even for groups travelling together. The driver ( Bledi ) is a great Guy he pick me up at Albany VA hospital to take me to Buffalo. I would be 2.5 hr. Drive for my Daughter to to buffalo but Bledi came up with take me to Hornell Ny so it would be a shorter driver for my Daughter to come An get me. I would just like to say thank you to this Service we used them last night to go to a Yankee game and there were 10 of us It couldn't have went any better. Our Driver Jeff was great drop us off in front of the stadium and kept in contact with us and was right there to pick us. Great night Thank you

Thanks to Advantage Transit Group for making our special event a very memorable one!!! Celebrated my son's 15th birthday along with the Adirondack Wine n Food Festival in Lake George over the weekend!!Our driver Joe was great very personable and professional,nice smooth ride!! The lady's in the office Sam n Sammy did an awesome job making sure our reservation went smoothly and it was excellent not an issue!! Everyone had a great time an will certainly use them again!!!
