Set for pick up at 12 the medical cab didnt get to us until 1230 for a 1pm appointment in albany mind u we live in schenectady ..the 2 dispathers rich and paul were very rude ..we were then told we googled the route and it estimates a 20 min ride smh key word estimates not counting on traffic and tolls...then to be told that a person with severe anexity needs to get over it and learn to deal with the 4 other riders ...not good at all ..advantage i think you need better training in you field
I rented a limo for a trip to NYC some friends and I were taking. I chose Advantage because they sponsor/advertise on All Over Albany, one of my favorite websites, and I could not have been happier with the result. Our driver was nice, professional, personable, and got to handle the stress of driving in the city while we were able to relax. Without hesitation they will be my first call for any future transportation needs I have.
Amazing Customer service! Would not let me review as a business, so I left a post on the wall, from A Lively Event. Every person I came in contact with was amazing! Especially the driver we had. Don went above and beyond, while being pleasant and upbeat! We shared many laughs and hair blowing experiences (Tornado like winds that day)! Thank you for making my clients day amazing and making my day easier!
I am so happy our event planner, Laurie Beckmann, recommended this team. We used them for our wedding and could not have been more pleased with our 1930s tuxedo Rolls Royce. It was so beautiful and really captured the spirit of the day. Plus, our driver could not have been nicer and told us great stories and was just very pleasant and professional.
