I dont like them because last year the dispatcher was very rude to me and my grandfather. he has been taking this company everyday from day one and just like nancy and virginia we had to wait about an hour or so and when you call back the dispatcher is very nasty.a guy name john lewis gave me a name and number for the star and cdta program to complain but someone has to help. when you call you cant talk to the boss..bullshit
My husband a vetern, was left sitting 2 hours waiting for the Advantage Medical transport to pick him up and bring him home after surgery of his second leg! He was at the Albany VA hospital, they finally came at 8pm and we are 2 hours out from there! Called dispatcher, was rude and more or less told me to go to he**, my husband is a double amputee, on intervenise meds and diabetic on insulin!
