I would give them zero stars if it were possible. They are unprofessional and not the least bit helpful like they advertise and openly state. They will make false promises. They maybe able to assist with finding tenants, however if those tenants destroy your property, this company will tell you it’s not their problem. They have no issues taking your money as a fee tho. Extremely disappointed and truly unsatisfied with their services. Would not recommend this company.

This company is horrible. The management and maintenance teams are so incredibly rude and do not know how to speak with customers. This agency reached out to me via my Kijiji ad, offering their assistance in finding me a tenant. This past December they found me a tenant who signed a lease for a 1 year rental agreement. However, the renter decided to abruptly leave at the end of May (last month) and in doing so left a substantive amount of damages along with leaving the property in horrible condition full of filth and dirt.
