Do not believe anything word they say , they force you to sign a two year exclusive agreement and if your tenants moves out after a year, they keep your last month rent and charge the monthly management fee even your place stays vacant and since you signed an agreement, you are not allowed to rent your property yourself or with other agents, lots of fake maintenance invoices such as bi yearly inspections and so on. look for different property management companies, thete are many small and honest PM out there I even can recom... read more

During that call I was asked to pay a $500 deposit. I was told that the deposit would be deducted from rent if my application was approved, and that I would be refunded if the application was not approved. Would calling the customerservice bring my money back? They are very fast to take money but don't keep to promises, why wad I told by one of the representatives that if I decide to cancel I will get my money back,, only for them to refuse to refund when I canceled, do you know how hard I work just to get money?? That I will have to lose a whole 500$ and you say nothing can be done right? If I can rate zero I will. I can never recommend this property to anyone, they told me to go ahead with payment without proper information ... read more
