Would calling the customerservice bring my money back? They are very fast to take money but don't keep to promises, why wad I told by one of the representatives that if I decide to cancel I will get my money back,, only for them to refuse to refund when I canceled, do you know how hard I work just to get money?? That I will have to lose a whole 500$ and you say nothing can be done right? If I can rate zero I will. I can never recommend this property to anyone, they told me to go ahead with payment without proper information about cancelation, only for them to keep my deposit and refuse to refund my 500$, of which it wasn't my fault, they didn't tell me that if I decided to cancel I won't get any refund, even when I kept asking them the question, what if I decide to cancel because I am expecting an email to move to another city, they told me to just go on and make payment that I will get refund if that happens, but when I asked for ref... read more
