I lived here for a year, and overall it is a lovely apartment. On the downside, some people continue to smoke outside despite this being a smoke-free building. They gather at the entrances or nearby the building, the smoke easily drifts into your apartment and is hard to get rid of, especially if you like to keep your windows open. The apartment had a problem with silverfish or similar bugs crawling on the floor, and there were many of them.
