Bernard went out of his way to find parts to fix my.Hunter-Douglas shades. He also found a solution to fix my roll-up cloth shades for which no replacement parts were available. He is courteous and reliable. I highly recommend this company.
Royal Window Coverings is fantastic! We have used them to do several window treatments. We have blackout drapes in the bedroom w/ the cornice boxes - all cut to custom bay window measurements, etc, with nightstand drapes. And upstairs they installed some 'honeycomb' type blackout shades underneath the pull-down fabric shades for extra darkness. Bernard stood well above many of the other providers for blind services. He was timely, did a fabulius job, at a very competitive price. He did not try to upsell or offer "consulting" services. He was also a fine person to discuss our shade restringing problem with. I highly recommend his services.
