One of our Hunter Douglas Duette shades had the material split in two places near the center of it, which made it unusable. Since I have worked with Royal over the past few years to effect repairs on other shades that did not raise or lower properly, I contacted them about this problem. Quality window blinds with a professional, convenient, and reasonable local company. Bernard and Denise communicated well, worked with our schedule and have a ton of experience and knowledge about window coverings. They were very flexible, convenient, and efficient. My husband and I are SO happy with our window treatments in our master bedroom. We wanted blackouts on all windows (and for them actually to be blackout- a prior purchase we made w/ another vendor had promised 'blackouts' but once dawn rolled around, so did the light).
