If I wasn't moving out of Grand Rapids, I would do anything to stay. You won't find a better complex in Greater GR!
Apartment living is new for me and royal vista is just perfect. I love being on the first floor and enjoy my patio so much. It is so great having a garage with a covered walkway to the bldg. The two bedroom is very spacious and cozy. Dave, the maintenance man, is absolutely the best! And the location is so convenient to restaurants, shopping, churches and the library.
Ive been living here for about 8 plus yrs. Since 2007. Im very appy with overall my apartment. The 2 bedroom is very spacious i have a walking closet very big bathroom with tons of space. My kitchen can fit up to 10 people at once (an ex of how much space.) My patio has enough space for my grill and chairs witha side table. Community is in a great area and safe gated community. Beautiful!! Our apartment is on the 3rd floor great view of woods in the back! Love the in unit laundry ! (Had to go outside to another door in former apartment). Dishwasher also a luxury!! And a garage!! We feel very safe here with the gates and locked entry! Added bonus it is a 5 minute drive to work each day!! Love it here would recommend Royal Vista to anyone and already have!!
