We love it here! Everyone is so friendly, our pup loves the dog park, the grounds are always well maintained, and the location is perfect. We haven’t had any issue that hasn’t immediately been resolved by the team at Riedman. We would recommend this community to anyone looking to rent in the Millcreek area!
Pretty chill place to live, it’s quite, rent is fairly reasonable, secure buildings, management and Maintenance is prompt, only negative is they kinda missed the mark on snow removal but that’s on a 3rd party sub-contractor
Live here if you want absolutely no security and to have your packages stolen. Residents’ packages are stolen on a daily basis, and Reidman management does nothing to help or rectify the situation. One tenant, who is a veteran, relies on a mail-order pharmacy for his prescriptions, and unfortunately, his medications have been stolen multiple times.
