I have used Royal T Rooter Service two times. The most recent was Saturday January 26, 2019. My entire house was blocked up. Even though they were extremely booked they made time for me within two hours of my call. They were more than reasonable for their service! I have no clean out drain so they had to pull the commode for access. To pull the commode (which isn't a pleasant job) and reset it was only $35.00 my weekend callout was only $35.00 plus they had to clear roots from the line in two spots about 50 feet out. Love this company! They are always so easy to get an appointment and are on time. I've had the same technician for a few years which shows they know how to keep employees and I've never had to call them back out after they've done work. Highly reccomend them.
Did a great job coming out quickly when our house was having issues with a clogged pipe. However, they did not clean up the area around where they worked to unclog the drain and I was left with a gross bathroom floor to clean up!
We had an emergency and the first place I called in my frantic search locally couldn't make it out, but recommended I give Royal-T a call. I did and they had someone out quickly. Jose was friendly, fun, polite, professional and kept us informed as to what the issue was and what he was doing. He resolved the issue as quickly as he could and the price was so much lower than I'd anticipated as well. Fantastic job!
Great business, polite professional and want to diagnose problems in addition to clearing drains so you don’t have further problems. Highly recommend and I’m hard to please.

My kitchen sink was plugged for 3 day, i kept trying couldn't get it. Since my dishwasher and washing machine are both tied into it I couldn't do dishes or laundry. The other place I called, came out told me they had no idea what was up, told me "I don't have x-ray vision." But wanted $500 to blow out the clog with power water and didn't even want to snake. The staff is very friendly, and made sure they took their time to make sure we understood what was going on. They are very reliable and reasonable.
