Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our basement was backing up and with 3 kids it was a nightmare trying to fix it on our own. Royal T came and fixed the issue quickly and gave helpful tips to insure it doesn't happen again. Extremely fair pricing!

We had a drain in our basement backing up, causing it to flood our basement anytime we turned on any water. This happened at 9pm on Friday. They were at our house by 10 that same night to fix it and didn't charge my entire bank account either! Other places wanted to charge me almost $500 to come out and fix our problem! THE BEST. Phone answered by friendly, smart person. Immediate appointment setting, and showed up as expected, right on time. Job neatly, done, fair and square. Sure don't want another plumbing problem, but if I have one I'll call these guys right away.
