I just moved the the apts on Dana 1 month ago, There has been so many inconveniences that it’s surprising, to begin the first day we moved the place was full of dead bugs, second all the kitchen was not functional from the oven to the sink, 3rd lightbulbs were painted over, 4th old abandon cars in the parking lot, 5th told us we would have assigned parking but turns out you can park wherever so ppl have been parking in 2 spots leaving you with no parking, 6th trash is not pickup up often cause trash overload cause roach/ rat... read more
This review is a genuine review coming from someone who has dealt and rented from this company for some years now. In order to keep your peace and sanity, I highly recommend taking your time and money elsewhere to a different rental company. I’ve made reviews in the past and they’ve removed my honest reviews in regards to my horrendous experiences with this rental company. I rented with Royal T Management in May 2023 - July 2023 so for exactly TWO MONTHS I was only with them. I rented a 1 bed / 1 bath at Sandcreek apartments. The property manager at the time (who is no longer there) showed me the apartment in the day time. Everything was fine and appeared to look clean. After the showing we signed our lease & got keys. I’m actually shocked reading the reviews of this company because I have nothing but good things to say. So here’s something positive for a change. Siblings and myself have lived in and out of the Northview Meadow apartments for probably the past 5 years, Royal T Management with Claudia as our PM, has made moving back the best experience we’ve had living over here!
