They hardly answer and I was out of ac for over a month with a baby. The guy came by 4 times and it wasn’t til I called this office raising suspicion that he was doing it intentionally to keep getting paid the last visit all of a sudden it started to work. This is a follow up to my last post about Glenbrook apartments which are maneged by royalty property manegement. After telling them in a timely fashion that it was an inconvenience to enter and tge times I was available they pushed there day and time only to send the same onsite manager to say and do the same thing she had been doing over this pass year, take pictures of things she already took pictures of, mk excuses, and give tge same false hope. I just moved the the apts on Dana 1 month ago, There has been so many inconveniences that it’s surprising, to begin the first day we moved the place was full of dead bugs, second all the kitchen was not functional from the oven to the sink, 3rd lightbulbs were painted over, 4th old abandon cars in the parking lot, 5th told us we would have assigned parking but turns out you can park wherever so ppl have been parking in 2 spots leaving you with no parking, 6th trash is not pickup up often cause trash overload cause roach/ rat... read more
This review is a genuine review coming from someone who has dealt and rented from this company for some years now. In order to keep your peace and sanity, I highly recommend taking your time and money elsewhere to a different rental company. I’ve made reviews in the past and they’ve removed my honest reviews in regards to my horrendous experiences with this rental company.
