I had a 2 p.m. appointment for today. I texted her personal cell and called it over 4 times. No response. I was asked to bring cash for the sales tax, and had a hefty tip ready also, at my own doing. Cassandra told me via text the day before there is a $15 no show or cancellation charge. I waited over 45 minutes at her office, and I drove 25 minutes each way, and wasn't reimbursed a dime. It's 2 hours later and I've still not heard back from Cassandra. The Groupon is cancelled and I'll give another vendor a try.
